how does one go about removing unflattering blemishes from black and white nude photos?

i have a model for my black and white nude photo study. her stipulation is that i remove and unwanted c section scar and maybe iron out a few unflattering features. any quick tips on how to photshop this out?

1. The model does NOT dictate what is left or removed on the shots unless they are paying for the shots.

2. if you want to "touch up" the shots then use the clone tool or similar in an editing programme. It is a very basic function.
