Do people usu. just dress casually to college orientations?
i have a college orientation in a couple days and im wondering what im supposed to wear. i thought i would just dress casually but my dad said that maybe it would be nicer if i dress formally but idk. he works at a college too and he said that when med students had their orientation they were formally dressed, but im not in med school im just gonna be a college freshman next year. so any advice? what did u wear to ur college orientation?
I'm sure that dressing casually will be perfectly acceptable. I dressed casually for my college orientation, as did all of my friends. The only time I could think of that this might not apply might be if you plan on attending a very small college, or if you are doing an orientation for med school or another professional program. If you have any doubts, just give your orientation office a call. They answer those types of questions all the time and should be happy to assist you. Good luck!
